Raku

In the upper left corner is a hollow sphere. Thinking of melting onto the top a candle. Bottom right is a teapot I hand crafted after the style of Yi Xing teapot masters.

Both these vessels were fired in Raku. Most fun way I've found of glazing but most painful! It requires taking pieces out directly from the kiln while they are red hot then setting them on fire a couple times, so imagine all the smoke your fighting while handling various pieces of pottery at quite a few 100-1000 degrees hot!!
